The law firm of Perusse Family Law, PLLC offers legal representation in all family law matters. If your case involves a large marital estate and big incomes and you need hands-on service in all aspects of your divorce, we can provide representation tailored to your family, finances and goals.

We assemble a team of people to partner with us in each case including as necessary, a CPA, a family therapist, a trusts and estates attorney and a business valuator. We have a lot of experience to draw from and we know what it takes to get the job done properly.

Cindy Perusse’s hourly rate is $375. Our paralegal’s rate is $100/hr. A minimum advance fee of $4,000 is required to get started on your case. We do not charge clients for postage, faxes, copies, mileage or parking. Our office accepts credit cards or cash for payment of legal fees.

Unbundled Services

This type of service is offered to clients who will manage the case themselves but hire an attorney to help with specific tasks throughout the divorce proceeding such as:

Consultation and advice
Calculating child support
Calculating cash flow for spousal maintenance
Drafting or review of documents
Legal research
Serving and filing documents

These services are charged at each attorney’s hourly rate.
